DELIVERY AND RETURNS
I don’t stay in a major city, do you deliver nationally?
Yes we do! We deliver to all placed throughout South Africa and select few neighboring countries.
Which other countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania.
What are the delivery time frames?
Once your order is confirmed and paid for, you will typically receive it within 2-5 working days if ordering from South Africa, however we will ensure you receive your order as early as possible. With all orders outside of South Africa, our delivery time frame is 6-10 working days depending on your location.
Unforeseen circumstances e.g. adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time. This is rare but it does happen, so late delivery is not a ground for refund or cancellation of the order. However if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us on email@example.com with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
Can my order be delivered to a pick-up point?
Not yet, but we're working on it!
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is R100.00 for all South African customers regardless of where you are located in South Africa.
Delivery for orders going out to Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Tanzania are at a standard rate of R700.00 which includes customs and taxes for delivery.
All our deliveries are door-to-door, both local and international.
And what about returns?
Changed your mind? You have 15 days from the delivery of your order to return your items to us. Please note we will not accept or refund open bottles, where the tamper-proof seal has been removed. Returns are unfortunately the customer's responsibility. Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or information about returns and we will provide directions for your next steps.
When will I start to see results?
As their name indicates, food supplements are meant to "supplement" a balanced lifestyle, rather than replace healthy habits. As you embrace a balanced routine overall, results will begin to show. We recommend allowing at least 2-3 months for a big difference to be notable, although some people could start to see results much sooner.
Can food supplements be taken continuously?
There is no contra-indication for taking our food supplements continuously. On the contrary, our bodies require daily intake of nutrients and minerals which our modern-day diet doesn't always naturally contain.
Are Zuri Nutrition Supplements organic?
Transparency is our mantra and because of this, we refrain from the use of the term “organic” to describe our dietary supplements as some of our products may contain synthetic vitamins. However, all plant-based ingredients in our dietary supplements are organic.
Can I open the capsules and mix them into a yogurt, smoothie or my protein shake?
We strongly advise against this as opening the capsules impacts their effectiveness.
SECURITY AND PAYMENTS
Is the Zuri Nutrition website secure?
Believe it! Our store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and covers all six PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security standards. Alternatively, you could make use our offline EFT/Deposit payment option should that option feel safer for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard (Debit, Credit or Cheque), EFT or direct deposit.
